  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg, beaten

Other:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion, add garlic, then stir in spinach and season. Let cool slightly.
  3. Prepare the filling: Combine the spinach mixture with feta, mozzarella, beaten egg, and dill if using.
