  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or feta cheese

Veggies:

  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Optional:

  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon or diced ham
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese, bell pepper, spinach, onion, and bacon or ham if using.
  2. Prep the Pan: Lightly spray a 6-inch round baking dish with olive oil spray. Pour in the egg mixture.
