- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Optional:
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon or diced ham
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Prepare Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese, bell pepper, spinach, onion, and bacon or ham if using.
- Prep the Pan: Lightly spray a 6-inch round baking dish with olive oil spray. Pour in the egg mixture.
- Cook in Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 300°F. Place the dish in the basket and cook for 18–20 minutes until set. Let it rest before slicing and serving.
