Sweet Pepper:
- 1 1/2 cups mini sweet peppers, sliced into thick rings

Honey Garlic Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak and Peppers: In a medium bowl, toss the steak cubes and sweet pepper slices with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook in the Air Fryer: Arrange the steak and peppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the steak is browned and the peppers are slightly blistered.
- Make the Honey Garlic Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Simmer over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss with Sauce: Once the steak and peppers are done, transfer them to a large bowl and toss with the warm honey garlic sauce until coated.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the steak in the sauce for 30 minutes before air frying.
