Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Beat Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat butter, oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- Combine and Bake: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour batter into pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool before serving.
