Apple Topping:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Streusel Topping:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake for 8 minutes.
  3. Make the cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla. Pour over the crust.
