- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter (cubed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare the muffin tin: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup mini muffin tin.
- Prepare the apple filling: In a saucepan, cook diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and water until soft and thickened. Set aside to cool.
- Make the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into muffin cups.
- Add the apple filling: Spoon apple mixture over the crust in each cup.
- Prepare the crumble topping: Combine oats, flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over each apple bite.
- Bake and serve: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Cool in the pan before serving.
