Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Add Blueberries: Gently fold in the blueberries. Scoop the batter into the muffin tin.
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Make Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle over warm fritter bites.
- Serve: Let set before serving.
