- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped

For the sauce:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the meatballs: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce: In a saucepan, heat olive oil, then add garlic. Stir in honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Thicken with cornstarch mixture.
- Coat the meatballs: Toss the baked meatballs in the sauce until coated. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
