Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook Rigatoni: Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Cook Sausage: Brown sausage in a skillet. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Prepare Sauce: Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer, then add Boursin cheese and cream.
- Combine and Bake: Mix cooked rigatoni with sauce, transfer to baking dish, top with cheeses. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with basil or parsley and serve hot.
