  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add wet ingredients: Beat in mashed bananas, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Mix wet and dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Add nuts and oats: Fold in nuts and oats.
