- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for topping

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in bananas, sour cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Fold in nuts and caramel sauce.
- Bake the Cheesecake: Pour filling into crust and bake for 60–70 minutes. Cool in the oven, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve: Drizzle with caramel sauce and top with whipped cream before serving.

- For extra crunch, toast the nuts before adding to the batter.
