Shredded Chicken:

2 cups cooked

Unsalted Butter:

2 tablespoons

All-Purpose Flour:

2 tablespoons

Milk:

2 cups

Buffalo Wing Sauce:

1/2 cup

Sharp Cheddar Cheese:

2 cups shredded

Mozzarella Cheese:

1 cup shredded

Cream Cheese:

4 oz, softened

Garlic Powder:

1/2 teaspoon

Salt and Black Pepper:

to taste

Blue Cheese Crumbles:

1/4 cup (optional)

Chopped Green Onions:

1/4 cup (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook Macaroni: Boil salted water and cook macaroni until al dente. Drain.
  2. Make Sauce: Melt butter, whisk in flour, add milk, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until smooth.
  3. Add Cheese and Chicken: Stir in cheddar and mozzarella until melted. Fold in macaroni and chicken.
