- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 4 large flour tortillas (8–10 inch)
Instructions
- Mix the filling: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, cheddar cheese, and green onions until well blended.
- Assemble the roll-ups: Spread a quarter of the mixture evenly on a tortilla. Roll up tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Serve or chill: Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing to help them hold their shape.
Notes
- For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the cream cheese.
