Ingredients
Ground Beef:

Olive Oil:

Onion, diced:

Green Cabbage, chopped:
1 small head (about 6 cups)
Diced Tomatoes, undrained:
1 (14.5 oz) can
Smoked Paprika:
1 teaspoon
Dried Oregano:
1/2 teaspoon
Salt:
1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper:
1/4 teaspoon
Tomato Paste (optional):
1 tablespoon
Beef Broth or Water (if needed):
1/4 cup
Parsley for garnish (optional):

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add diced onion and garlic, and cook until fragrant and softened.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook until slightly wilted.
- Add diced tomatoes, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and tomato paste. Stir well to combine.
- If dry, add a splash of beef broth or water. Cover and simmer until tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
