  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • ½ cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (optional)

Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Brown the Beef: In a large pot, cook ground beef in olive oil until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add Vegetables: Stir in cabbage and carrots, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook Soup: Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, rice, seasonings. Simmer for 25–30 minutes.
  5. Finish and Serve: Stir in vinegar, adjust seasoning, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
