Blondie Base:

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Caramel:
- 1/2 cup store-bought or homemade caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment, greasing the sides.
- Make the blondie base: Mix melted butter and brown sugar, add egg and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir dry ingredients into wet, spread batter in pan, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Prepare cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Pour over baked blondie base, bake for 35–40 minutes, then cool and chill.
- Create apple topping: Sauté apples in butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until tender and caramelized. Cool.
- Assemble and serve: Spoon apple mixture over chilled cheesecake and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
