Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Prepare dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the grated carrot and apple.
  4. Mix the batter: Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in the chopped nuts if using.
