For the Burritos:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (grilled or rotisserie)
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream

- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
- Lay the flour tortillas on a flat surface and divide the filling evenly among them, placing it in the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly into burritos.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the burritos seam-side down. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until golden and lightly crisped.
- Serve warm with salsa or hot sauce if desired.
Notes
- You can add cooked rice or black beans for extra heartiness.
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt in place of sour cream and whole wheat tortillas.
