Main Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground chicken
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- ¼ cup onion (finely grated or minced)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
For Frying:
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Patty Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until fully combined without overworking the mixture.
- Shape the Patties: Form the mixture into 6 equal patties.
- Cook the Patties: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest and Serve: Remove from the skillet and let the patties rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve on buns for a chicken burger or with a side salad or veggies for a lighter meal.
- Patties can be frozen raw or cooked for meal prep.
