Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla.
- Combine Ingredients: Gradually mix in dry ingredients, alternating with milk, starting and ending with dry ingredients, until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake: Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling about ¾ full. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Allow muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
