Description

    Cheesecake Mousse:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • pinch of salt
  • Garnish:

  • shaved chocolate or crushed hazelnuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add Nutella, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.

  3. Beat until well combined and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture in three batches, being careful not to deflate the mousse.

  6. Spoon or pipe the mousse into serving glasses or ramekins.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
