Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Beat until well combined and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Spoon or pipe the mousse into serving glasses or ramekins.
- Garnish with shaved chocolate or crushed hazelnuts if desired.
Add Nutella, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture in three batches, being careful not to deflate the mousse.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
