- 4 large eggs

- 1 ½ cups chopped fresh rhubarb

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold into wet mixture until just combined.
- Add Rhubarb and Chocolate: Gently fold in chopped rhubarb and chocolate chips. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes. Cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For extra richness, add ¼ cup of sour cream to the batter.
- If using frozen rhubarb, thaw and drain well before adding.
