  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional:

  • 1 ½ cups chopped fresh rhubarb
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold into wet mixture until just combined.
  4. Add Rhubarb and Chocolate: Gently fold in chopped rhubarb and chocolate chips. Pour batter into pan.
