  • 40 saltine crackers

  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (divided)

For Topping:

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a 10×15-inch rimmed baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare crackers: Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Make toffee: In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar until boiling. Pour over crackers and bake for 5 minutes.
  4. Add toppings: Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the hot toffee, wait to soften, then spread evenly. Mix granulated sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over the chocolate. Finish with remaining 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
  5. Cool and serve: Let the toffee cool at room temperature, then break into pieces.
