Colossal Shrimp:

1 1/2 pounds colossal shrimp (U-12 or larger), peeled and deveined with tails on

Seasoning:

2 tablespoons olive oil, 4 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste), 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Sauce:

1/4 cup dry white wine, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 tablespoon hot sauce (such as Tabasco or your favorite brand), juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, salt and black pepper to taste, chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
