Cookie Dough:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Blue gel food coloring
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Cookie Mix-Ins:
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped Oreo cookies
- 1 cup chopped Chips Ahoy cookies
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Candy eyes for decorating
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract and blue food coloring to reach desired color.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix Dough: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips, Oreo pieces, Chips Ahoy pieces, and white chocolate chips.
- Bake: Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers are still soft.
- Decorate: Press candy eyes into warm cookies and let cool on baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For a chewier texture, slightly underbake cookies and let them finish setting on the baking sheet.
