Instructions
- Cook the Potatoes: Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot, cover with cold water, add salt, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15–20 minutes until fork-tender.
- Mix Cream Cheese Mixture: Drain the potatoes, return them to the pot. Add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, and garlic powder if using. Mash until smooth, adding milk gradually.
- Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with herbs, and serve warm.
