- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Season the chicken: Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
