- ½ cup dry white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Prepare Lobster: Boil lobster tails, remove meat, and chop into pieces.
- Make Sauce: Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes, add wine, then cream, Parmesan, tomato paste, and spices. Simmer.
