  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Lobster: Pat dry lobster pieces. Set up three bowls with flour mixture, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs. Dredge lobster in flour, then egg, and coat with panko.
  2. Fry Lobster: Heat oil to 350°F. Fry lobster in batches until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and parsley. Drizzle over lobster.
