Lobster Bites:
- 1 pound cooked lobster meat, cut into bite-sized pieces

- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt

- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare Lobster: Pat dry lobster pieces. Set up three bowls with flour mixture, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs. Dredge lobster in flour, then egg, and coat with panko.
- Fry Lobster: Heat oil to 350°F. Fry lobster in batches until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and parsley. Drizzle over lobster.
