Lemon Arugula Slaw:
- 2 cups arugula (chopped)

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Prepare Salmon Sliders: In a small bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dip salmon pieces into beaten egg, then coat with panko mixture.
