- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (slurry for thickening)

Instructions
- Season the chicken: Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Sear the chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the seasoned chicken in olive oil until golden but not fully cooked.
- Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and garlic. Pour over chicken in the crock pot.
- Cook in the crock pot: Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender.
