Chicken Pasta:
- 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (16 oz) bottle garlic parmesan wing sauce (such as Buffalo Wild Wings)
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream or milk
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 12 ounces penne or rotini pasta, cooked and drained
- Chopped parsley and extra Parmesan for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the Chicken: Put the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add Ingredients: Pour garlic parmesan sauce over the chicken. Add cream cheese, Parmesan, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2½-3 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred Chicken: Remove chicken, shred, and return to the crockpot with cooked pasta. Mix well.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and Parmesan before serving.
