Chicken Pasta:

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (16 oz) bottle garlic parmesan wing sauce (such as Buffalo Wild Wings)
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 ounces penne or rotini pasta, cooked and drained
  • Chopped parsley and extra Parmesan for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the Chicken: Put the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add Ingredients: Pour garlic parmesan sauce over the chicken. Add cream cheese, Parmesan, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2½-3 hours until chicken is tender.
  4. Shred Chicken: Remove chicken, shred, and return to the crockpot with cooked pasta. Mix well.
  5. Serve: Garnish with parsley and Parmesan before serving.
