Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Crunchy Cheeseburger Wrap featuring seasoned ground beef, tangy pickles, cheddar cheese, and optional fresh tomatoes, all wrapped in a crispy grilled tortilla. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or satisfying lunch.

Ingredients

Scale

Beef Mixture

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Wrap and Toppings

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup dill pickles, chopped
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Cooking spray or a little oil for grilling
  • Shredded lettuce for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Season the beef: Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the cooked beef. Stir in the ketchup and yellow mustard, then remove from heat.
  3. Assemble the wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the beef mixture evenly among them, placing it in the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, and diced tomatoes if using.
  4. Fold the wraps: Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll up tightly like a burrito to enclose the filling.
  5. Grill the wraps: Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking spray. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve: Slice each wrap in half and serve warm with shredded lettuce or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For added crunch, add a few crushed tortilla chips or crispy onions before wrapping.
  • You can customize the wrap by adding bacon, jalapeños, or using different types of cheese.
