- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Cook Potatoes: Preheat a large skillet with olive oil. Cook diced potatoes for 10–12 minutes until browned.
- Cook Chicken: Push potatoes aside, add chicken cubes and season with spices. Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden.
- Combine and Melt Cheese: Mix potatoes and chicken, cook for 2–3 minutes. Add cheese if desired and melt. Garnish before serving.
