Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, dried dill, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well blended and creamy.
- Assemble: Spread about 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto 12 Ritz crackers. Top each with another cracker to make a sandwich. Press gently to secure.
- Serve: Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Garnish with fresh dill or a small pickle slice on top, if desired.
