- Green food coloring
- Pastel candy eggs or chocolate eggs
- Bunny or chick-shaped marshmallow candies (optional)
- Small clear plastic cups for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the pudding: In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Add whipped topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
- Create ‘grass’: In a separate bowl, mix the shredded coconut with green food coloring until it resembles grass.
- Assemble: Spoon a layer of crushed cookies into each cup, followed by a layer of pudding mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with crushed cookies on top. Sprinkle green coconut over each cup.
- Decorate and chill: Add candy eggs and marshmallow bunnies or chicks. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
