Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients: In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add this to wet mixture; stir until just combined.
- Add nuts (optional) and bake: Fold in nuts if desired. Pour batter into pan and bake for 60–65 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
