Bagel Bites:
- 4 mini plain bagels, split in half
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 slices pepperoni (or mini pepperoni)
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the bagel halves cut side up on the baking sheet. Lightly spray or brush with olive oil if desired.
- Top and Bake: Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each bagel half. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, then add pepperoni slices. Sprinkle lightly with Italian seasoning. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bagels are toasted around the edges.
