Pumpkin Pie Filling:

Pie Crust:
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix the filling: In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt until smooth.
- Fill the crust: Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake: Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 35–40 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool and serve: Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack. Serve as is or with whipped cream.
