Cabbage Steaks:

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut and prepare cabbage: Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick rounds, keeping the core intact. Place the slices on the baking sheet.

- Coat cabbage steaks: Brush the seasoning mixture on both sides of each cabbage steak.
- Roast: Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
