- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
For the Steak:
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Optional shredded cheese or grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 425°F.
- Prepare Potatoes: In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic, butter, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Prepare Steak: In another bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, garlic, and butter.
- Assemble Packets: Cut four foil sheets. Divide potatoes and steak among the sheets. Seal the packets.
- Cook: Grill for 15–20 minutes or bake for 25–30 minutes until tender.
- Serve: Open packets, garnish with parsley and cheese if desired. Serve hot.
