  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Optional shredded cheese or grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 425°F.
  2. Prepare Potatoes: In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic, butter, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Prepare Steak: In another bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, garlic, and butter.
  4. Assemble Packets: Cut four foil sheets. Divide potatoes and steak among the sheets. Seal the packets.
  5. Cook: Grill for 15–20 minutes or bake for 25–30 minutes until tender.
