Brussels Sprouts:
- 1½ pounds Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
Seasoning:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Brussels Sprouts: In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
- Roast Brussels Sprouts: Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, cut side down. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and tender.
- Add Parmesan Cheese: During the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the sprouts and return to the oven. Roast until the cheese is melted and lightly crisped.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
