Description

Herb Butter:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Serving:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare Herb Butter: In a small bowl, mix softened butter with parsley, chives, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Grill Corn: Brush corn lightly with olive oil if desired, then place directly on the grill. Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until corn is tender and slightly charred.
  4. Finish and Serve: Remove corn from the grill and immediately spread with herb butter. Serve warm with optional lemon wedges.
