  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Sauce:

  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil and cook turkey: Heat oil in a skillet, cook and break up turkey until browned.
  2. Sauté vegetables: Sauté broccoli and bell pepper, then add garlic and ginger.
  3. Add sauce and cooked turkey: Return turkey to skillet, add sauce, and cook until thickened.
