  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
  • 6 cloves garlic (finely minced)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • lemon wedges (for serving)
  • chopped parsley (optional for garnish)
  • cooked white rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Seasoned Flour: In a small bowl, combine flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Toss the shrimp in the seasoned flour until well coated.
