  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and crispy. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
