  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Sauce:

  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha or chili paste (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Prepare the noodles according to package instructions. Rinse and toss with sesame oil.
  2. Cook the Beef: Brown the sliced beef in a skillet, then set aside.
  3. Stir-Fry Vegetables: In the same pan, cook vegetables, garlic, and ginger until tender-crisp.
  4. Make the Sauce: Whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Add cornstarch slurry.
  5. Combine and Serve: Return beef and noodles to the pan, pour sauce over, and cook until thickened. Garnish and serve hot.
