Ingredients
Scale
Fruit Popsicles:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen mixed fruit (such as strawberries, mango, blueberries, pineapple, or peaches)
- 1/2 cup fruit juice (like orange, apple, or coconut water)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the fruit, fruit juice, and honey or maple syrup if using. Add lemon juice for added freshness if desired. Blend until smooth.
- Adjust Texture: For chunkier popsicles, pulse instead of blending fully, or stir in extra diced fruit after blending.
- Fill Molds: Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until solid.
- Unmold Popsicles: To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds before pulling out the popsicles.
Notes
- Mix and match fruits for fun flavors.
- For a creamy version, replace part of the juice with yogurt or coconut milk.
- Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
