For the Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Prepare the Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry, then toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Arrange on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake the Wings: Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
