Ingredients

White Fish Fillets:

4 fillets (such as cod, halibut, or tilapia)

Olive Oil:

2 tablespoons

Lemon:

1, thinly sliced

Cherry Tomatoes:

1 pint, halved

Kalamata Olives:

1/2 cup, pitted and halved

Red Onion:

1/4 cup, thinly sliced

Garlic:

3 cloves, minced

Dried Oregano:

1 teaspoon

Dried Thyme:

1/2 teaspoon

Salt and Black Pepper:

to taste

Fresh Parsley:

for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
